Dr. April Toyer, being a pediatric dentist, will eventually graduate her patients once they reach adulthood or once they have advanced dental problems concerning permanent teeth. Dr. Leonard Toyer, Jr. is a general dentist that is highly trained in complex dental conditions. It is important for a pediatric dentist to have a strong relationship with a general and cosmetic dentist that they can trust so that they feel comfortable referring those patients that they have cared for since infancy. Adria Foster - Office Manager
Adria Foster is the Office Manager for Lifetime Dental Care. Adria holds an AA in Business Administration. She began her dental career in 2002 as a dental assistant then moved onto Practice Administration in 2010. Bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership, systems organization, and team building, Adria is diligent and motivated, who will always get the job done! Her work ethic influences all our team members. In addition to managing the needs of the office, she loves to spend her quality time with her husband and two sons.
Sasha Gross - Operations Manager

Christina Mercado - Billing Manager
Christina found dentistry after her second year of college joining the Lifetime Dental Care team in 2017. She found her niche as billing specialist. She works side by side with patients to handle any questions they may have. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adorable children
Gaby Johnson - Insurance Manager
I have been working in the dental field for over 18 years. I have experience working as a dental assistant to varies administrative roles. I’m currently part of the billing team at Lifetime Dental Care ensuring dental claims get received and processed by your insurance company within their guidelines and regulations after services are rendered. I like spending time with my family whether it’s at home, living everyday life or family trips. My family includes our two dogs. My almost 2-year-old Pitbull who so loving and 1 year old half Pocket Pitbull and half bichon mix. I also enjoy trips with just my husband and friends.
Megan Haller - Clinical Manager
Megan serves as our Clinical Manager and brings over 25 years of experience in dentistry, with over a decade of those years dedicated to our practice. She is cross-trained and capable of stepping into a variety of roles within our office. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Randy, and their son, Jayden.
Frances Best - Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a compassionate, gentle hygienist who believes in providing patients with the highest quality of dental care. A native Virginian, born in Alexandria, I graduated Cum Laude, from NVCC, with an Associates in Applied Science degree. I have been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years, and I am very passionate about helping my patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
I am excited to be a team member at Lifetime Dental and look forward to developing professional rapports with my patients.
I have a lovely daughter who I enjoy spending time with. We love cruising and our favorite destination is the Caribbean. And Ruby, our Miniature Pinscher, supplies us with endless laughter and keeps us in line.
Maria Ferriol - Register Dental Hygienist
Maria has been passionate about dentistry since 2002, when she graduated from her Dental Hygiene program in Northern Virginia. She later earned her certificate in Dental Anesthesia from Old Dominion University and continues to expand her expertise by attending advanced dental courses every year.
Maria loves connecting with patients and is dedicated to helping them achieve their best oral health. Her warm and caring approach ensures everyone feels at ease during their visit. Maria's mission is simple: to educate, empower, and leave every patient smiling brighter than when they arrived!
Born in Puerto Rico, Maria is proudly bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, making it easy to communicate and connect with a diverse range of patients.
When she’s not in the office, Maria enjoys creating unforgettable memories with family and friends, jetting off to tropical destinations, experiencing the thrills of amusement parks, and cheering on her favorite basketball teams.

Mlahat Yoldash - Registered Dental Hygienist
Mlahat joined Lifetime Dental Care in 2018. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College Dental with a Degree in Dental Hygiene 2018. Mlahat started her dental career in 2003 working as a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation and laser therapy. Mlahat enjoys taking continuing education classes to be being current with oral health practices and recommendations. She thrives to provide a personal experience with each of her patients. She focuses on patient education specific to the patient’s dental needs by demonstrating good home care, promoting healthy daily habits and helping them understand the oral systemic with overall health and autoimmune conditions. Mlahat loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys traveling, watching movies, and a little retail therapy. Mlahat is bilingual, speaks Farsi.
