Dr. April Toyer, being a pediatric dentist, will eventually graduate her patients once they reach adulthood or once they have advanced dental problems concerning permanent teeth. Dr. Leonard Toyer, Jr. is a general dentist that is highly trained in complex dental conditions. It is important for a pediatric dentist to have a strong relationship with a general and cosmetic dentist that they can trust so that they feel comfortable referring those patients that they have cared for since infancy. Our focus on prevention and excellent restorative skills will provide our patients with the tools to maintain superior oral health for a lifetime.

Office Manager
Adria Foster is the Office Manager for Lifetime Dental Care. Adria holds an AA in Business Administration. She began her dental career in 2002 as a dental assistant then moved onto Practice Administration in 2010. Bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership, systems organization, and team building, Adria is diligent and motivated, who will always get the job done! Her work ethic influences all our team members. In addition to managing the needs of the office, she loves to spend her quality time with her husband and two sons.

Billing Manager
Christina found dentistry after her second year of college joining the Lifetime Dental Care team in 2017. She found her niche as a billing specialist and works side by side with patients to answer questions and help them better understand their insurance and treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adorable children.
Gaby Johnson
Insurance Manager
I have been working in the dental field for over 18 years. I have experience working as a dental assistant to various administrative roles. I’m currently part of the billing team at Lifetime Dental Care ensuring dental claims get received and processed by your insurance company within their guidelines and regulations after services are rendered. I enjoy spending time with my family, including our two dogs, traveling with my husband and making memories with friends.
Frances Best
Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a compassionate, gentle hygienist who believes in providing patients with the highest quality of dental care. A native Virginian born in Alexandria, I graduated Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree. I have been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years and am passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
I am excited to be a member of the Lifetime Dental Care team and look forward to building lasting relationships with my patients. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, taking Caribbean cruises, and laughing with Ruby, our Miniature Pinscher.
Maria Ferriol
Registered Dental Hygienist
Maria has been passionate about dentistry since 2002, when she graduated from her Dental Hygiene program in Northern Virginia. She later earned her certificate in Dental Anesthesia from Old Dominion University and continues to expand her expertise by attending advanced dental courses every year.
Maria loves connecting with patients and is dedicated to helping them achieve their best oral health. Her warm and caring approach helps every patient feel comfortable and confident during their visit. Her mission is simple: educate, empower, and leave every patient smiling brighter than when they arrived.
Born in Puerto Rico, Maria is proudly bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys traveling, visiting amusement parks, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite basketball teams.
Mlahat Yoldash
Registered Dental Hygienist
Mlahat joined Lifetime Dental Care in 2018 after graduating from Northern Virginia Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She began her dental career in 2003 as a Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and is certified in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation, and laser therapy.
She enjoys continuing education to stay current with the latest oral health practices and focuses on providing a personalized experience for every patient. Mlahat is passionate about patient education, healthy daily habits, and helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness, including autoimmune conditions.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies, a little retail therapy, and is bilingual in Farsi.
